Canadian Technology Accelerator
Autotech Germany 2021-2022
As official project partner, Munich Network supported the Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) AutoTech 2021/2022 led by the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service and the Consulate of Canada in Munich. The CTA AutoTech effort is a top level initiative to support eight high potential Canadian automotive startups seeking Proof-of-concept projects and investments with the German OEM’s and Tier 1s. In this context, Munich Network hosted a mentorship & workshop program and organised a Pitch Day for our innovation community.

Mentorship Testimonials
“Like many start-ups, AIRY3D has developed a unique technical solution and we default to a technically-oriented pitch. The Munich Network, together with the mentorship […] has helped us gain a better understanding of how to bring our message to the German Auto OEMs and their Tier 1 and 2 supply chains.”
Kevin Tureski, General Manager, AIRY3D Inc.
“The assigned mentorship we received via the German CTA program were top notched. Responsive, engaged, experienced, helpful, honest. These adjectives and more would apply, but in two words: “Professional and Relevant.”
Rod Weir, CRO, Akimbo Technologies
“We thoroughly enjoyed participating in the Munich Network program and sincerely appreciate the quality of the mentors and speakers that were selected for the program. We gained valuable insight regarding the German automotive industry, how to foster successful commercial interactions and how to hone our presentation in order to resonate with the German automotive participants.”
Shawn-Patrick Percher, CEO & Sabrina Percher, Marketing & Business Development, AWOS Technologies
“I would like to take the entire team that organized and delivered the CTA AutoTech Germany 2021/2022. This includes the TCS, the Munich Network team and our mentors. In the case of Solace, we’ve had the good fortune to be supported with expert guidance […]. Their support was, and continues to be, very helpful and we appreciate their kind gift of time. The Munich Network team was well organized and contributed to setting the stage for this success. Of course, none of this would happen without the initiative and support of Cliff, Kurt and Susanne of the TCS team.”
